But the cake design course;) field, which is also infused with influences from around the globe, is becoming increasingly popular and many artists will engage with a wide variety of sweet and delicious to the motto of "you eat with your eyes first and then with the mouth. "Even I, as fond of good things in general, but, above all, an admirer of the beautiful work of professionals in the confectionery sector, for some time I have dedicated myself to creating cakes (thanks to the help of my personal chef, my sweetheart Stefy) and, in addition to filling in the detail i take care of the decorations leveraging many years of path in the field of decorative art and techniques learned with sculpture. This particular technique, in fact embraces the field of miniature sculpture, picky stuff exaggerated and miniaturists in generis ... so stuff like crazy for me;) Working with sugar paste is beautiful, tough and a lot of satisfaction, both the eye and the palate: what to ask for more out of life? In this section of my website that I recently opened place some pictures of my work on cakes, I am specializing for some time in this copper art and decoration of confectionery in order to stand out and make a profession of real and i must say that the results and the responses so far are really flattering and satisfying.
